Fun and escapism were the inspirations for Marchesa's bewitching fairytale creations; this fresh and playful minty summer concoction will lead you up the garden path.
Recipe
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 lime (chopped into 8)
- Gomme syrup
- Old Jamaica Light
Instructions
- Muddle the mint and lime gently in the bottom of a 'Gibraltar'-glass
- Add crushed ice 3/4 of the way up the glass
- Add Old Jamaica Light and then a dry top of crushed ice
- Shake 3 drops of Angostura bitters over the ice and garnish with a sprig of mint
